The influence of zinc die casting pouring system for filling conditions

    Mold temperature due to the control on the casting quality is produced great influence, and impact on the production rate was efficiency, reasonable design of the nozzle can play a regulatory role on the mold temperature due to distribution.

    Mold life depends on a good steel and working state. Good zinc die casting pouring system design is to make various parts of mold heat balance in the best state, so as to get the maximum economic benefits of die casting production.
